Дмитрий Медведев встретился c Раулем Кастро. Кубинский лидер приехал в Москву, чтобы принять участие в торжествах к 70-ти-летию Великой Победы. Российский премьер поблагодарил гостя за визит, на что тот ответил, что не мог не откликнуться на приглашение. Стороны также обменялись мнениями по совместным проектам в области транспорта, энергетики и фармацевтики. В прошлом году товарооборот между Россией и Кубой составил 185 млн долларов. В минувшем месяце стороны подписали соглашение по расширению сотрудничества в оборонной сфере.
